Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1999 and continued there to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2002.

During law school, Andrew served as junior editor of the Law and Psychology Review and distinguished himself as a key member of the National Trial Team, coached by the esteemed late Robert F. Prince. Under his mentorship, Andrew's team achieved semifinalist honors in the 2001 Association of Trial Lawyers of America Mock Trial Competition, earning Andrew the George Peach Taylor Award for Outstanding National Trial Team Performance in both 2001 and 2002. Licensed to practice in all Alabama state courts and the U.S. District Courts for Northern, Middle, and Southern Alabama, Andrew Moak continues his unwavering pursuit of remarkable results, driven by meticulous preparation and a deep commitment to each client’s unique story.
