Education & Affiliations

Brett earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, where his excellence in trial advocacy first emerged. He graduated from the University of Alabama with degrees in International Finance and German. Licensed in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Texas, Brett is admitted to practice before numerous U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
