Meet Kyle R. Jackson, Sr.

Kyle began his legal career defending major corporations, property owners, and international insurers at a nationally recognized trial defense firm. After five years on the defense side, he shifted his focus in 2020 to advocating for individuals and families impacted by serious injuries or wrongful death.

Since then, Kyle has dedicated his practice to helping clients navigate complex cases involving negligent security, unsafe premises, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. He brings a relentless work ethic—shaped by his experience as a varsity football scholar-athlete at Georgia Tech—and a people-first mindset to every case he takes on. Licensed in the District of Columbia, Florida, and Georgia, Kyle developed his sharp litigation skills in South Florida’s demanding legal environment, earning a reputation for grit, resolve, and results.

Kyle has earned recognition for his legal skill, courtroom presence, and leadership. He was selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in 2023. He is a graduate of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association LEAD Program (Class of 2022) and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2021 and 2022.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he excelled in trial advocacy and led his mock trial team to multiple championship victories, including a national title. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was also a standout student-athlete.

MENTORING FUTURE ATHLETES AND TRIAL LAWYERS

Before entering the legal field, Kyle was a standout varsity football player at Georgia Tech, where he earned ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year and Freshman All-American honors before an injury ended his career. His experience as a leader on the field laid the groundwork for his discipline and drive in the courtroom. Today, he mentors student-athletes through the Georgia Tech Letterwinners Club and supports future trial lawyers as a coach and judge for Georgia State Law’s Student Trial Lawyers Association.
